See the potential.

Talent was never the problem. Access was. Our scouts do not fly in for a weekend and leave. They live and work in the places that produce exceptional players and consistently get overlooked.

Where we are

Our scouting network sits in the places players actually come from, and our placement routes run into the leagues they are trying to reach.

Scouts who live where the talent is

Our network sits inside the communities it recruits from — the UK, Belgium, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Sweden, and across Africa, with placement routes into Europe and North America.

These are places where diverse communities consistently produce exceptional players. Being present in them enables us to truly understand where the player and their family are coming from, and the challenges that might need to be overcome to get to the next level.

We sign early, and we stay

We are not looking to sign a player once he has already arrived. We look for players before the first professional contract, and we commit to the years that follow.

If a player signs with us at sixteen, we intend to still be working with him at thirty, and to be useful to him well after that.

What we look for

We are position agnostic. We are not working through a shortlist of roles to fill, and no player is ruled out on the basis of where they play.

The value is in seeing potential early, and in finding a player and a family who are already thinking further ahead than the next contract.

“We are going out there to get them because we are trying to create a new pathway for them.”
